I want to tell you about
Wilsonville Pride.

As a gay man who grew up here, I’ve always found Wilsonville to be an accepting and safe place. And being arguably one of the nicest and most livable suburbs of Portland (which is considered one of the most gay-friendly cities in the US and which has a gay population often ranking second only to San Francisco) it’s no surprise that we have a thriving gay community.

Wilsonville Pride is about building on the success of the brave gay leaders, fighters and allies that have paved the way to us to be able to celebrate our queerness out in the open.

Wilsonville Pride is about uplifting the gay community so it can shine to its full potential. Wilsonville is at its best when every citizen and visitor can walk its streets free of stigma, shame, or fear.
